Andrew Holms brings extensive experience in finance, operational leadership, and strategic business management within the automotive manufacturing industry. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions across finance, FP&A, internal audit, and global operations, supporting complex manufacturing organizations and driving operational and financial performance improvements.

Prior to joining Wolverine Advanced Materials as Chief Financial Officer, Andrew served as CFO – Americas at TI Automotive and Vice President of Finance – Global Operations at ABC Technologies. He also spent more than six years at Lear Corporation, where he held multiple leadership roles including Director of Finance, Manager of FP&A, and Manager of Internal Audit. Earlier in his career, Andrew worked at PwC, building a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and operational strategy.

Andrew holds an Executive MBA from the Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Business and earned his undergraduate degree from Albion College.
