Mr. Douglas Campos brings nearly 30 years of experience in manufacturing, having held various leadership roles in Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial functions, as well as serving as Group VP. His career spans across industry giants such as Unilever in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector, and Autocam and NN, Inc., where he spent the last 20 years in the automotive, medical, and general industries. During this time, he managed global operations across North America, Brazil, Poland, France, and China, serving major OEMs and Tier 1 customers. Mr. Campos holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in Brazil, an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral in collaboration with Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a Master of Science in Strategy and Innovation from Fundação Dom Cabral.

Louis D. Stoney, CPA, is a seasoned financial leader with over two decades of experience across manufacturing, automotive, and financial services sectors. As Vice President of Finance at Piston Group, Lou oversees financial operations for multiple business units, driving strategic initiatives, debt restructuring, and cost optimization. With prior roles at First Mercury Financial, Baker Tilly and PwC, Lou has a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and managing complex financial frameworks. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.

Ryan has been a part of WAM for over 7 years and currently leads a high performing Sales and Engineering Team on a global scale. Ryan has over 10 years of experience in Sales, including a background in Purchasing. He has earned his Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of Oakland.

Alper Alkan is an accomplished executive leader with a strong track record in general management, operations, and strategy. As Managing Director of Meritor Electric Vehicles Germany GmbH and Director of Operations Europe & Asia for Cummins Accelera eMobility, Alper oversees strategic growth and operational excellence across multiple locations in Europe and Asia. Over his 13-year tenure at Siemens, he has successfully led major organizational integrations, manufacturing relocations, and the introduction of new products, driving efficiency and market expansion. Alper holds dual Master’s degrees in International Production Management and Technology Management (MBA) from the Technical University of Hamburg, alongside Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Koc University in Istanbul. Fluent in multiple languages, he is a results-driven leader focused on innovation, digitalization, and sustainable growth.

Marcelo has almost 30 years of Manufacturing and Engineering experience in the automotive industry. Marcelo held multiple global operations leadership roles and now is the Executive Director for Production in WAM North America. Marcelo has a master’s degree in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a Graduate Degree in Automotive Mechanical Design from the F.E.I of Sao Bernardo do Campo, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Caxias do Sul in Brazil.

Scott has more than 25 years of experience in business development, global program management and engineering, primarily in the Chinese and Asian automotive industry. Given his expertise, Scott is presently the Executive Director and General Manager of WAM’s Asia Pacific region. Scott earned his Master of Sciences in Management of Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Marco has more than 10 years of experience leading global purchasing teams to drive cost reductions and align strategic sourcing techniques to company goals. Most recently, Marco held the position of Procurement Manager at Continental Industries, a division of Hubbell. Marco has a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from the University of Caxias do Sul/Brazil and a Master’s in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.

Dr. Afaneh joined Wolverine in 2012 as Director of Engineering, NVH. Since joining Wolverine, Dr. Afaneh has worked with his team to increase our product offering, improve engineering processes and establish a solutions-orientated culture focused on serving our customers. He has over 32 years of experience within the automotive and aerospace industry with 15 plus years spent leading engineering teams at GE, Bosch and Borg Warner. Dr. Afaneh has achieved significant accomplishments in the area of academia with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jordan University.

Eman has been with Wolverine since 2019. She currently leads the global HR initiatives across the company’s multinational operations. With around 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, Eman brings a strategic and inclusive approach to talent management, organizational development, and workforce transformation. Eman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Michigan – Dearborn and is currently pursuing her MBA at the same institution. She is also certified in HR Analytics from eCornell.
